Ingredients

  • 4 mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz mango juice
  • Ice
  • 6 to 8 frozen mango chunks

Instructions

  1. Place mint leaves in the bottom of a shaker and gently press to release the flavor.
  2. Pour gin, simple syrup, and mango juice into the shaker.
  3. Add ice cubes to the shaker.
  4. Shake the mixture well.
  5. Place frozen mango chunks at the bottom of your glass.
  6. Pour the drink from the shaker over the frozen mango chunks and garnish with mint.
  7. Serve immediately!
