Ingredients
- 1 medium honey mango
- 3.40 oz brut champagne
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Peel the honey mango and cut the meat into 1/2 inch cubes.
- Place the mango cubes in a zip-lock bag and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Once frozen, place the mango cubes in an ice-crushing blender and slowly add champagne and honey.
- Blend until smooth, and pour into a glass.
