Ingredients
- 1 medium honey mango
- 3/4 cup brut champagne
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Peel the honey mango and cut the meat into 1/2 inch cubes. Place the cubes into a zip-lock bag and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- In a blender, place the frozen mango cubes and slowly add champagne and honey, enough to just cover the fruit.
- Blend the mixture until smooth, and portion into a glass.
