Ingredients

  • 1 oz Denizen Merchant's Reserve Rum (or Appleton Estate Reserve Rum)
  • 1/2 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao
  • 1/2 oz orgeat
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 4 oz Brut Champagne

Instructions

  1. Mix lime juice, orgeat, curaçao, and rum in a small container and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  2. Pour the chilled mixture into a Collins glass.
  3. Fill the glass to the rim with ice.
  4. Top with Champagne.
  5. Add the garnish.
