Ingredients
- 1 oz Denizen Merchant's Reserve Rum (or Appleton Estate Reserve Rum)
- 1/2 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao
- 1/2 oz orgeat
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 4 oz Brut Champagne
Instructions
- Mix lime juice, orgeat, curaçao, and rum in a small container and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Pour the chilled mixture into a Collins glass.
- Fill the glass to the rim with ice.
- Top with Champagne.
- Add the garnish.
