Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lime sherbet, slightly melted
  • 1 tablespoon key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 fl oz white grape juice (for kid version) or 2 fl oz Pinot Grigio (for adult version)

Instructions

  1. Start by chilling the Erlenmeyer flask for about 10-15 minutes before preparing the drink.
  2. Allow the lime sherbet to slightly melt outside of the freezer.
  3. In a 1-gallon pitcher, mix the key lime juice and sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Add the slightly melted lime sherbet to the pitcher in scoops to help break it up and mix with the milk mixture.
  5. For the adult version, add 2 fl oz of Pinot Grigio to the pitcher and gently mix. For the kid version, add 4 fl oz of white grape juice and gently mix.
  6. Use a funnel to fill the chilled flask just to the start of the neck.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
