Ingredients
- 2 oz lychee in light syrup
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp unfiltered sake
- 1/2 tbsp Japanese whisky (such as Suntory)
- 1/8 tsp Coconut Extract
- 2 maraschino cherries
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine lychee, sugar, lemon juice, unfiltered sake, Japanese whisky, Coconut Extract, and ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add maraschino cherries to the blender and blend until the mixture turns pink and the cherries are finely chopped.
- Pour the cocktail into a beverage glass.
