Ingredients

  • 2 oz lychee in light syrup
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp unfiltered sake
  • 1/2 tbsp Japanese whisky (such as Suntory)
  • 1/8 tsp Coconut Extract
  • 2 maraschino cherries
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine lychee, sugar, lemon juice, unfiltered sake, Japanese whisky, Coconut Extract, and ice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add maraschino cherries to the blender and blend until the mixture turns pink and the cherries are finely chopped.
  4. Pour the cocktail into a beverage glass.
  5. Serve immediately and garnish as desired.
