Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce Creme de Menthe
  • 1 ounce Irish Cream
  • 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier

Instructions

  1. Pour the Creme de Menthe into a shot glass.
  2. Carefully position a teaspoon or bar spoon just above the surface of the Creme de Menthe, at a slight angle.
  3. Slowly pour the Irish Cream over the back of the spoon to create a distinct layer without mixing with the Creme de Menthe.
  4. Clean the spoon.
  5. Once again, position the spoon just above the surface of the Irish Cream, at a slight angle.
  6. Very slowly pour the Grand Marnier over the back of the spoon to create another layer without mixing with the Irish Cream.
