Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 oz Irish cream
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz half & half
  • 1 teaspoon sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • Whipped cream
  • Optional for glasses:
  • Light corn syrup
  • Green and white sprinkles (Wilton brand used)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve instant coffee in 1 teaspoon of water.
  2. Apply a small amount of corn syrup to the rim of the glasses and dip the rim into green and white sprinkles placed on a plate. Repeat for all glasses.
  3. In a blender, combine ice cream, Irish cream, vodka, half and half, sweetened condensed milk, and the dissolved coffee. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared glasses and top with whipped cream and additional sprinkles.
  5. Serve immediately.
