Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or maple syrup)
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 oz. Irish whiskey
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a chilled mixer bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. The cream should be soft but not runny. Set it aside.
