- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or maple syrup)
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1 oz. Irish whiskey
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a chilled mixer bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. The cream should be soft but not runny. Set it aside.
