Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces genever
- 1/2 ounce Averell damson plum liqueur
- 1 1/4 ounces blackberry-balsamic syrup
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 3 dashes absinthe
Instructions
- In a mixing tin, combine genever, Averell damson plum liqueur, blackberry-balsamic syrup, lemon juice, and egg white.
- Dry shake the ingredients without ice.
- Add ice to the mixing tin, then shake again until chilled.
- Fine-strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
- Optionally garnish with butterfly pea flower-black pepper powder.
