Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce Averell damson plum liqueur
  • 1 1/4 ounces blackberry-balsamic syrup
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 dashes absinthe

Instructions

  1. In a mixing tin, combine genever, Averell damson plum liqueur, blackberry-balsamic syrup, lemon juice, and egg white.
  2. Dry shake the ingredients without ice.
  3. Add ice to the mixing tin, then shake again until chilled.
  4. Fine-strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
