Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons white coconut rum
  • 1/2 package (3 oz) watermelon jello
  • 1/2 package (3 oz) strawberry and banana jello
  • Heart sprinkles
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the boiling water and watermelon jello in a small bowl, stirring until fully dissolved.
  2. Add coconut rum to the mixture and pour into shot glasses, filling about halfway. Refrigerate until set, approximately 60 minutes.
  3. Repeat the process with the strawberry and banana jello, and refrigerate until set, for about 60-90 minutes.
  4. Top the jello shots with whipped cream and heart sprinkles before serving.
