Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz vodka
  • 0.75 oz blood orange liqueur
  • 1.50 oz orange juice
  • 1 splash lemon juice
  • 5 mixed berries (raspberries and strawberries)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or 1/2 packet of Splenda
  • 1/2 can lemon-lime soda (e.g. Sprite)
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine vodka, blood orange liqueur, orange juice, lemon juice, mixed berries, and sugar/Splenda. Shake vigorously.
  2. Wet the rim of a glass and dip it in pink or red sugar crystals.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the shaken mixture over the ice.
  5. Add the lemon-lime soda and stir gently to mix.
  6. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings for garnish.
