Ingredients
- 1.50 oz Pisco
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- Fresh Mint Leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Combine Pisco, Aperol, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake vigorously for 60 seconds.
- Add 5 ice cubes to the shaker and shake again until the shaker feels cold.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Bruise a mint leaf by clapping it between your palms and gently place it on top of the foam for garnish.
