Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Pisco
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Fresh Mint Leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine Pisco, Aperol, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake vigorously for 60 seconds.
  3. Add 5 ice cubes to the shaker and shake again until the shaker feels cold.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  5. Bruise a mint leaf by clapping it between your palms and gently place it on top of the foam for garnish.
