  • 2 oz Tequila (Resposado or Blanco/Silver)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Mint Leaves (chopped) (5-6 leaves)
  • 1 Tbsp Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Ice (for Shaker)
  • 1 splash Sparkling Water or Club Soda
  • 1 Lime Slice for garnish
  • 1 sprig Fresh Mint for garnish

Instructions
