Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Fords Gin
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 1/4 oz Skinos Mastiha liqueur
  • 1/2 oz lavender simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Combine Fords Gin, lime juice, Skinos Mastiha liqueur, lavender simple syrup, and egg white in a mixing tin.
  2. Shake the mixture with ice until chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture to remove the ice.
  4. Shake the mixture again, without ice.
  5. Double strain the mixture into a Collins glass over ice.
  6. Garnish with crème de violette by dotting it over the top of the drink from a dropper bottle.
