Ingredients
- 2 oz lime juice (about 2 limes)
- Sugar (to rim glasses)
- 2 tsp black chia seeds
- 2 oz water
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz Triple Sec or Cointreau
- Dash of maple syrup
- 4 oz Kombucha (choice of flavor)
- Ice cubes
- 1 lime slice (for garnish)
Instructions
- Rim the glasses with lime juice and cane sugar.
- Mix water and chia seeds in a small bowl and set aside for 20 minutes to form chia gel.
