Ingredients

  • 2 oz lime juice
  • PRANA organic fair trade cane sugar (for rimming glasses)
  • 2 tsp PRANA organic whole black ProactivChia seeds
  • 2 oz water
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz Triple Sec or Cointreau
  • A dash of maple syrup
  • 4 oz Kombucha, your choice of flavor
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 sliced lime (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Dip glass rims in a little lime juice, then roll in cane sugar to frost the rim.
  2. In a small bowl, mix water and chia seeds and set aside for 20 minutes until the chia turns into gel.
  3. In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, mix together the tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, maple syrup, and ice cubes, then add the chia gel.
  4. Secure lid and shake well.
  5. Add kombucha, stir quickly, and pour into frosted glasses.
  6. Garnish with a slice of lime.
