Ingredients
- 2 oz lime juice
- PRANA organic fair trade cane sugar (for rimming glasses)
- 2 tsp PRANA organic whole black ProactivChia seeds
- 2 oz water
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz Triple Sec or Cointreau
- A dash of maple syrup
- 4 oz Kombucha, your choice of flavor
- Ice cubes
- 1 sliced lime (for garnish)
Instructions
- Dip glass rims in a little lime juice, then roll in cane sugar to frost the rim.
- In a small bowl, mix water and chia seeds and set aside for 20 minutes until the chia turns into gel.
- In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, mix together the tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, maple syrup, and ice cubes, then add the chia gel.
- Secure lid and shake well.
- Add kombucha, stir quickly, and pour into frosted glasses.
- Garnish with a slice of lime.
