Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (cashew and coconut milk can be used as well)
  • 1/4 cup allulose (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Cinnamon sticks (garnish)
  • 1.50 oz spiced rum (or whisky, brandy, or alcohol of choice)
  • Low carb whipped cream
  • A dash of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, except for the garnishes and alcohol.
