Keto Spiced Eggnog Delight
A delightful low carb eggnog made with raw eggs, heavy whipping cream, unsweetened almond milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, and a choice of spiced rum, whisky, brandy, or any preferred alcohol.
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (cashew and coconut milk can be used as well)
- 1/4 cup allulose (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Cinnamon sticks (garnish)
- 1.50 oz spiced rum (or whisky, brandy, or alcohol of choice)
- Low carb whipped cream
- A dash of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, except for the garnishes and alcohol.
- Blend on high until fully combined and thickened.
- Pour over ice or chill, whisking before serving if chilled.
