Ingredients
- 2 fl oz Bourbon
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 5 drops Liquid stevia
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- Pour all the ingredients into the shaker.
- Shake the ingredients vigorously until they are completely cold and frothy.
- Fill a short glass with more ice cubes.
- Strain and pour the drink into the glass.
- Serve with a wedge of orange.
- For a Boston whiskey sour, add all ingredients plus one egg white to a shaker without ice. Shake for 30 seconds, then add ice and shake again. Strain and pour over new ice in a short glass, and garnish with an orange slice.
- For a New York sour, follow Step 1 and optionally add an egg white with a dry shake. After pouring the drink, spoon 1-2 tablespoons of dry red wine over the top without stirring. Garnish with an orange slice or cherries.
