Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tbsp Butter (salted)
- 1/4 cup Keto Brown Sugar Replacement
- 1/2 can Unsweetened Coconut Milk (6.75 fl oz.)
- 2 oz Rum (optional, or more to taste)
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the heavy whipping cream, butter, and keto brown sugar replacement.
- Whisk the ingredients together until the sugar replacement is dissolved and the butter is melted, for about 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a high-speed blender and add the remaining ingredients: unsweetened coconut milk, rum, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Blend the mixture until fully combined, for approximately 1 minute.
- Pour the mixture into a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
