Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tbsp Butter (salted)
  • 1/4 cup Keto Brown Sugar Replacement
  • 1/2 can Unsweetened Coconut Milk (6.75 fl oz.)
  • 2 oz Rum (optional, or more to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the heavy whipping cream, butter, and keto brown sugar replacement.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until the sugar replacement is dissolved and the butter is melted, for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a high-speed blender and add the remaining ingredients: unsweetened coconut milk, rum, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  4. Blend the mixture until fully combined, for approximately 1 minute.
  5. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
