Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Keto Brown Sugar Replacement
  • 6.75 oz Unsweetened Coconut Milk (1 can)
  • 2 tbsp Rum (optional, or more to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the heavy whipping cream, butter, and keto brown sugar replacement. Whisk together and cook for 5-7 minutes until the sugar is dissolved and the butter is melted.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a high-speed blender and add the unsweetened coconut milk, rum (if using), ground cloves, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Blend until fully combined, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
