Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tbsp Salted Butter
- 1/4 cup Keto Brown Sugar Replacement
- 6.75 oz Unsweetened Coconut Milk (1 can)
- 2 tbsp Rum (optional, or more to taste)
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the heavy whipping cream, butter, and keto brown sugar replacement. Whisk together and cook for 5-7 minutes until the sugar is dissolved and the butter is melted.
- Transfer the mixture to a high-speed blender and add the unsweetened coconut milk, rum (if using), ground cloves, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Blend until fully combined, about 1 minute.
- Pour the mixture into a pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
