Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 oz. Japanese blended whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. Maple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Egg white

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice and add Japanese blended whiskey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white.
  2. Shake vigorously to combine all the ingredients.
  3. Strain the mixture back into the empty shaker and shake again, this time without ice.
  4. Fine strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
