Ingredients

- 3/4 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. Maple syrup
- 1/2 oz. Egg white
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice and add Japanese blended whiskey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white.
- Shake vigorously to combine all the ingredients.
- Strain the mixture back into the empty shaker and shake again, this time without ice.
