Ingredients

  • 1 oz chilled espresso
  • 1 1/2 oz Amaro Averna
  • 1/2 oz Kahlúa liqueur
  • Garnish: 3 coffee beans

Instructions

  1. Fill a Nick & Nora glass with ice and water to chill, then set it aside.
  2. Brew a shot of espresso and pour it into a shaker filled with ice to cool it down, immediately straining the ice to avoid excessive dilution.
  3. Add the Amaro Averna and Kahlúa to the shaker with fresh ice, then vigorously shake to create a foamy texture for the espresso.
