Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp instant coffee or instant espresso
- 1/4 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Irish whiskey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 oz sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix a tablespoon of cream with the espresso and cocoa powder until fully dissolved.
- Gradually add the remaining cream while stirring or gently whisking.
- Blend in the whiskey, vanilla, and condensed milk until well combined. Alternatively, use a blender for a brief blend, avoiding over-whipping the cream.
