Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Irish whiskey
  • Whipped cream
  • Grated chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, warm the 1/4 cup of heavy cream with the chocolate syrup, coffee granules, and salt until smooth.
  2. Transfer the cream mixture to a blender and add the remaining 3/4 cup of heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. With the blender running, slowly pour in the whiskey to avoid curdling.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a pitcher and refrigerate for about an hour until cold.
  5. Stir well before serving.
  6. Serve over ice, topped with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
