Ingredients
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Irish whiskey
- Whipped cream
- Grated chocolate
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, warm the 1/4 cup of heavy cream with the chocolate syrup, coffee granules, and salt until smooth.
- Transfer the cream mixture to a blender and add the remaining 3/4 cup of heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- With the blender running, slowly pour in the whiskey to avoid curdling.
- Transfer the mixture to a pitcher and refrigerate for about an hour until cold.
- Stir well before serving.
- Serve over ice, topped with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
