  • Fine kitchen strainer
  • Muslin or coffee filter

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly wash the blackberries and place them in the base of the sterilized jar.
  2. Pour the whisky over the blackberries, and lightly stir with a wooden spoon to distribute the flavors.
  3. Cover the jar tightly and store it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
  4. Shake the jar lightly a few times and check the infusion daily, shaking lightly to distribute the flavors.

  6. When the infusion is ready, transfer it into a jug, then strain it into the clean jar using the strainer.
