Ingredients

  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 2 oz Dark Chocolate Liqueur
  • 2 oz Skim Milk
  • 1/2 oz Chocolate Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cocoa Powder (Optional)
  • Milk Chocolate Shavings
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled 2/3 with ice, combine the vodka, dark chocolate liqueur, skimmed milk, and chocolate syrup.
  2. Prepare a chilled martini glass by frosting its rim with cocoa powder. (Dip the rim in vodka, then in cocoa powder)
  3. Strain and pour the prepared mix into the glass.
  4. Sprinkle some milk chocolate shavings over the cocktail and serve.
