Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup milk (2% or whole milk)
  • 1/2 Bailey's (mini or about 1/8 cup)
  • 1/2 cup coffee
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream and chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. In a jar with a lid, pour milk (2% or whole milk) and shake vigorously back and forth for a minute, until foamy.
  2. Remove the lid and microwave for 15 seconds.
  3. Fill a small glass with ice.
  4. Pour coffee into the glass.
  5. Pour Bailey's into the glass.
  6. Using a spoon, hold back the foam and pour a little milk into the glass. Then, take spoonfuls of the foam to add on top of the latte.
  7. Optional: Add whipped cream and chocolate syrup on top.
  8. Stir to combine and then enjoy!
