Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 1 oz vodka
- 2 oz unsweetened orange juice
- 1 oz rhubarb
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 oz dry sparkling wine
- 1 oz club soda
- Ice
Instructions
- Chop the rhubarb into crescents.
- Peel the orange, leaving on the white pith, and slice it into crescents.
- In a pot, combine the peel and pith of one orange, chopped rhubarb, orange juice, and sugar.
