Ingredients

  • 4 oz Seagram's extra dry gin
  • 1 packet of Butterfly Pea flower tea
  • 2 oz blue Curacao
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz club soda
  • Ice
  • Mint sprig
  • Maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. In a small jar, pour the gin and add one packet of Butterfly Pea flower tea. Allow it to infuse overnight.
  2. The next day, remove the tea packet from the infused gin.
  3. Fill an 8 oz glass with ice and pour in the blue Curacao.
  4. Slowly add the lemon juice on top of the blue Curacao.
  5. Gently pour in the infused gin.
  6. Splash with club soda.
  7. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a few maraschino cherries.
