Ingredients
- 3 oz sparkling wine (cava)
- 2.50 oz hibiscus tea (infused with 1 tsp of hibiscus leaves and sugar)
- 2/3 oz soda or sparkling water
- 1/2 tbsp Grand Marnier (or Cointreau )
- 3/4 tsp sugar or plain syrup (or a pinch of stevia for 0 calorie)
- 1/8 mango (cut into small cubes)
- 1 mandarin (sliced)
- 1/4 lime (sliced)
Instructions
- Infuse the hibiscus leaves with the sugar in hot water and let it cool down.
- Wash and cut the fruits into slices.
- Add the fruits to the hibiscus infusion and Grand Marnier, cover, and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
- In a pitcher, combine the cold cava, soda, and macerated fruits.
- Gently mix and serve with ice cubes.
