Ingredients

  • 3 oz sparkling wine (cava)
  • 2.50 oz hibiscus tea (infused with 1 tsp of hibiscus leaves and sugar)
  • 2/3 oz soda or sparkling water
  • 1/2 tbsp Grand Marnier (or Cointreau )
  • 3/4 tsp sugar or plain syrup (or a pinch of stevia for 0 calorie)
  • 1/8 mango (cut into small cubes)
  • 1 mandarin (sliced)
  • 1/4 lime (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Infuse the hibiscus leaves with the sugar in hot water and let it cool down.
  2. Wash and cut the fruits into slices.
  3. Add the fruits to the hibiscus infusion and Grand Marnier, cover, and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
  4. In a pitcher, combine the cold cava, soda, and macerated fruits.
  5. Gently mix and serve with ice cubes.
