Ingredients

  • 2 oz Cream of Coconut (such as Coco Lopez)
  • 1.50 oz Evaporated Milk
  • 1.50 oz Full-fat coconut milk
  • 1.50 oz Guava marmalade
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1.50 oz Puerto Rican aged rum (such as Don Q)
  • Shredded coconut and guava marmalade for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend at low speed for 2-3 minutes until well combined.
  3. Transfer the guava coquito to a glass container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, for optimal flavor.
  4. Before serving, give the bottle a good shake to mix the ingredients.
  5. Garnish the serving glass with guava marmalade and shredded coconut before pouring.
