Ingredients
- 2 oz Cream of Coconut (such as Coco Lopez)
- 1.50 oz Evaporated Milk
- 1.50 oz Full-fat coconut milk
- 1.50 oz Guava marmalade
- 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1.50 oz Puerto Rican aged rum (such as Don Q)
- Shredded coconut and guava marmalade for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend at low speed for 2-3 minutes until well combined.
- Transfer the guava coquito to a glass container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, for optimal flavor.
- Before serving, give the bottle a good shake to mix the ingredients.
- Garnish the serving glass with guava marmalade and shredded coconut before pouring.
