Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cream of Coconut (Coco Lopez, 6 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup Evaporated Milk (3 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup Full-fat coconut milk (3 oz.)
  • 2 tablespoons Guava marmalade
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • a Pinch of Nutmeg
  • a Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Puerto Rican aged rum (2 oz.)
  • Shredded coconut and guava marmalade for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on low speed for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a glass container for storage.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight for better flavor.
  5. Shake the bottle well before serving.
  6. Garnish the glass with guava marmalade and shredded coconut before pouring.
