Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cream of Coconut (Coco Lopez, 6 oz.)
- 1/4 cup Evaporated Milk (3 oz.)
- 1/4 cup Full-fat coconut milk (3 oz.)
- 2 tablespoons Guava marmalade
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- a Pinch of Nutmeg
- a Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Puerto Rican aged rum (2 oz.)
- Shredded coconut and guava marmalade for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on low speed for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture into a glass container for storage.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight for better flavor.
- Shake the bottle well before serving.
- Garnish the glass with guava marmalade and shredded coconut before pouring.
