Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Cream of Coconut
  • 3 tbsp Evaporated Milk
  • 3 tbsp Full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Guava marmalade
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Puerto Rican aged rum
  • Guava marmalade and shredded coconut for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend at low speed for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a glass container for storage.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, for best flavor.
  5. Before pouring, shake the bottle well.
  6. Garnish the glass with guava marmalade and shredded coconut before serving.
