Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Cream of Coconut
- 3 tbsp Evaporated Milk
- 3 tbsp Full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Guava marmalade
- 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Puerto Rican aged rum
- Guava marmalade and shredded coconut for garnish
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend at low speed for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a glass container for storage.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, for best flavor.
- Before pouring, shake the bottle well.
- Garnish the glass with guava marmalade and shredded coconut before serving.
