Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Plantation Pineapple rum
  • 0.50 oz cachaça
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 oz demerara syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura or pimento bitters
  • 1 small fresh mint leaf (optional), for garnish

Instructions
