Mixed with nectarine, orange, cherries, raspberries, basil, and mint, it's a perfect tipsy fruit salad to enjoy on a sunny day.

A refreshing white sangria with white grape juice, orange liqueur, honey, and sparkling white wine, mixed with nectarine, orange, cherries, raspberries, basil, and mint.
Ingredients
- 3/8 cup white grape juice, chilled
- 1/16 cup orange liqueur, such as Cointreau
- 1 1/2 tablespoon superfine or granulated sugar
- 3/4 tablespoon honey
- 1/8 medium nectarine, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 navel orange, quartered and thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons fresh or frozen sweet cherries, pitted and halved, or canned mandarin orange sections, drained
- 3 tablespoons fresh golden or red raspberries
- 1/8 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/8 cup fresh mint leaves
- 6 1/4 oz. bottle sparkling white wine, chilled

Instructions
- In a large pitcher or glass jar, mix together grape juice, orange liqueur, sugar, and honey until the sugar and honey dissolve.
- Add nectarine, orange, cherries, raspberries, basil, and mint to the mixture, and stir well.
- Chill the mixture for 1 hour or up to 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Just before serving, pour sparkling wine into the fruit mixture.
- Serve in a glass over ice.
