Ingredients

  • 1.50 ounces Cazadores Añejo Tequila
  • 0.50 ounce Salers Aperitif
  • 0.25 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 0.25 ounce citrus scrap syrup (made from leftover lemon and orange peels, macerated with an equal weight of sugar and strained)

Instructions

  1. To make the citrus scrap syrup: combine leftover lemon and orange peels with an equal weight of sugar, massage the peels to release the oils, leave the mixture overnight, then strain the liquid out.
  2. In a mixing glass with ice, stir together the Cazadores Añejo Tequila, Salers Aperitif, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, and citrus scrap syrup.
