Ingredients

  • Chocolate syrup for swirling in martini glass (optional)
  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 2 oz Irish cream liqueur
  • 2 oz dark chocolate liqueur
  • Lindt chocolate truffles (optional for garnishment)

Instructions

  1. Optional: Swirl the chocolate syrup around the inside of the martini glass.
  2. Fill the cocktail shaker with one cup of ice.
  3. Pour 2 ounces each of vanilla vodka, Irish cream liqueur, and dark chocolate liqueur into the cocktail shaker.
  4. Hold the shaker sideways and shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds.
  5. Strain the chocolate martini into your martini glass.
  6. Garnish with a cocktail pick that holds dark and white chocolate truffles (optional).
  7. Enjoy!
