Ingredients

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces Irish cream liqueur (e.g., Bailey's)
  • 1 ounce coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlua)
  • 1 ounce gingerbread syrup
  • 2 ounces cooled espresso coffee
  • Gingerbread cookies for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together brown sugar, molasses, and water. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved.
