  • 1-2 ounces gingerbread syrup
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 2 ounces half and half
  • 1/2 ounce Kahlua
  • Ice
  • 1-2 teaspoons vanilla frosting
  • 2-3 Tablespoons festive sprinkles
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons molasses
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. If making your own gingerbread syrup, heat water and sugar in a saucepan, whisking until it becomes steamy and the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add molasses, ground ginger, and cinnamon to the mixture. Whisk for 2-3 minutes until everything is dissolved and combined.
  3. To rim the glass, spread a thin layer of frosting on the rim, then dip into the Christmas sprinkles on a saucer.
  4. Fill the glass halfway with ice, then add the vodka, half and half, Kahlua, and 1-2 ounces of gingerbread syrup to taste.
