Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 small piece of Fresh Ginger
  • 1 oz Limoncello
  • 1 Lemon Wedge
  • 1 Mint Sprig
  • 1 cup Crushed Ice

Instructions

  1. Cut the fresh ginger into small pieces and place them in a cocktail shaker with the vodka.
  2. Muddle the ginger in the cocktail shaker.
  3. Add crushed ice and pour the limoncello over it, then shake until frosted on the outside.
