Ingredients
- 1/16 cup dried hibiscus petals
- 3 tablespoons boiling water
- 1/8 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/8 cup ginger liqueur (such as Domaine de Canton)
- 1/8 cup ginger beer
- 1 sprig fresh mint for garnish
- fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
Instructions
- Steep hibiscus flowers in boiling water for 5 minutes, then strain into a heatproof bowl placed in a bowl of ice to cool.
- Once cooled, transfer the hibiscus infusion to a small pitcher and stir in the lime juice and ginger liqueur.
- Pour the mixture into an ice-filled Collins glass (about 5 oz.).
- Top with ginger beer (about 1 oz.).
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and thinly sliced ginger.
