Ingredients

- 2 small basil leaves
- 1/2 ounce orgeat (almond syrup)
- Pinch of flaky salt
- 1 1/2 ounces añejo rum
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce ginger liqueur (such as Domaine de Canton)
- Ice
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the chopped peach, basil leaves, orgeat, and a pinch of salt until the peach is crushed and jammy.
- Add the añejo rum, fresh lemon juice, and ginger liqueur to the shaker.
