Ingredients

  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1.50 oz whiskey
  • 1 egg white
  • 0.50 oz Runamok Sparkle Syrup
  • Runamok Aromatic Maple Bitters
  • Grapefruit peel for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice for 60 seconds (dry shake).
  2. Add ice to the shaker and continue shaking for another 30 seconds.
  3. Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Twist the grapefruit peel to release oils, then drop it into the glass.
  5. Top off with a few drops of aromatic maple bitters.
  6. Enjoy!
