Ingredients
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1.50 oz whiskey
- 1 egg white
- 0.50 oz Runamok Sparkle Syrup
- Runamok Aromatic Maple Bitters
- Grapefruit peel for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice for 60 seconds (dry shake).
- Add ice to the shaker and continue shaking for another 30 seconds.
- Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Twist the grapefruit peel to release oils, then drop it into the glass.
- Top off with a few drops of aromatic maple bitters.
