Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz. Gin (Boodles)
  • 1.50 oz. Heavy Cream
  • 0.75 oz. Club Soda
  • 0.50 oz. Lime Juice
  • 0.50 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg white
  • 4 drops Orange Flower Water
  • 2 drops Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp. Fine or Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. In a Boston shaker filled with plenty of ice, combine gin, heavy cream, club soda, lime juice, lemon juice, egg white, orange flower water, vanilla extract, and sugar.
  2. Shake the mixture extremely thoroughly to achieve a frothy texture.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a chilled Collins glass without ice.
  4. Add no garnish.
