Ingredients

  • 6 oz frozen rosé
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp water
  • 2 large strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Pour the frozen rosé into a large sheet pan with raised edges and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  2. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil, then add sugar, reduce heat, and stir until the sugar dissolves, creating simple syrup.
  3. Add the strawberries to the simple syrup and let it sit for 30 minutes to infuse the syrup with strawberry flavor.
  4. Strain the strawberry syrup through a sieve, saving the strained strawberries for later use.
  5. Chill the syrup for 30 minutes.
  6. In a blender, combine 3 ounces of strawberry syrup, lemon juice, ice, and frozen rosé, then blend until smooth.
  7. Serve the Frosty Berry Blush immediately.
