Ingredients

  • 6 oz frozen rosé wine
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 oz fresh strawberries (quartered)
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Freeze the rosé wine in a sheet pan with lips for at least 6 hours.
  2. Boil the water, then add the sugar and stir until dissolved to make a simple syrup.
  3. Add the strawberries to the simple syrup and let it infuse for about 30 minutes.
  4. Strain the strawberry syrup through a sieve, without mashing the strawberries, and chill for 30 minutes.
  5. In a blender, combine 3 oz of the strawberry syrup, lemon juice, ice, and the frozen wine. Blend until smooth.
  6. Serve the Frosé in a chilled glass and enjoy!
