Ingredients
- 6 oz frozen rosé wine
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 oz fresh strawberries (quartered)
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Freeze the rosé wine in a sheet pan with lips for at least 6 hours.
- Boil the water, then add the sugar and stir until dissolved to make a simple syrup.
- Add the strawberries to the simple syrup and let it infuse for about 30 minutes.
- Strain the strawberry syrup through a sieve, without mashing the strawberries, and chill for 30 minutes.
- In a blender, combine 3 oz of the strawberry syrup, lemon juice, ice, and the frozen wine. Blend until smooth.
- Serve the Frosé in a chilled glass and enjoy!
