Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce raspberry syrup
- 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur (optional)
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass.
- Add all the ingredients to a shaker without ice and dry shake for about 30 seconds until frothy.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 30 seconds until thoroughly chilled.
