Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce raspberry syrup
  • 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur (optional)
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a shaker without ice and dry shake for about 30 seconds until frothy.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 30 seconds until thoroughly chilled.
