Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce lemon ginger simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 4 ounces club soda (or to top of jar)
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • A sprinkle of white or silver edible glitter

Instructions

  1. Fill a mason jar with 1 ounce of water (approximately 1 inch).
  2. Take a 3-inch sprig of rosemary and gently spread out the needles to create a fuller "tree."
  3. Place the rosemary sprig in the jar, standing upright in the water, ensuring that the needles touch the side of the jar to keep it upright.
  4. Place the jar in the freezer for about 1 hour until the water inside is frozen.
  5. Once frozen, add the gin, lemon ginger simple syrup, lemon juice, and half of the white or silver glitter packet to the jar.
  6. Secure the lid on the jar and shake well.
  7. Remove the lid and add club soda to the jar.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
