- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 ounces rye whiskey
- 1 1/2 ounces Spiced Pear Liqueur
- 1 ounce cranberry simple syrup
- Dash Peychaud's bitters
- Ice cubes
- Wedges of mandarin oranges (for garnish)
Instructions
